Rubane Beach
Located in the Bijagós archipelago, Rubane Beach, on Rubane Island, is another beach with wonderful views and experiences for tourists.
Rubane is considered a Sacred Island and, as the name already says, it needs to be respected by both inhabitants and tourists. This means that you cannot shed human or animal blood, create permanent constructions or even fight.
Because of this, Rubane beach is a very quiet, peaceful place, with warm water and extremely well maintained.
To get there, you can rent a boat to make the trip from Bissau or from Rubane. You can also catch the ferry boat between Bissau and Bubaque and do the trip by dinghy to Rubane.
